July 2021 Updates from VCC

Did You Know….In addition to learning skills in hotel operations and management, VCC’s Hospitality Management Diploma students also practice mixing and serving drinks in the mixology lab and serving food and beverages in “The Bistro”, VCC’s restaurant run by students and instructors.
