The Manitoba Institute of Trades & Technology (MITT) is a public professional technical college. MITT’s English Language Institute (ELI) is accredited by Languages Canada, Canada’s premier language organization. Membership is limited to public and private sector programs that meet the Association’s stringent criteria.

ELI provides a friendly and culturally diverse learning environment for international students, develops students’ English language skills, and prepares students for entry into MITT professional programs.
