Canadian College, established in 2008, is a private college in Vancouver that has been imparting excellent education through various courses. Study & Work- Co-op

The IT Co-op is a vital component of the Information Technology Diploma program as it provides students with real-world experience. The Co-op program provides students with two semesters of solid studies in their initial entry into the college. 

During the Co-op Program, students will have to complete the following: 

  • Quality 12 months (1,000 hours) Co-op with a Canadian Organization
  • Complete the first initial Co-op after six months (500 hours) which will allow students to return to the college for the next semester (250 hours)
  • Enter a second six-month Co-op term (500 hours) before returning for the final semester (250 hours) of studying.  
  • Students will overall gain an understanding and experience the cultural and business nuances, gaining competitive advantages 

Admission Requirements

  • Students must have a High School Diploma, High School Completion Certificate, or Equivalent
  • Students must also meet one of the following language requirements: Canadian College English Placement test 130; Smrt English 130; IELTS 5.5 overall with a minimum score of 5.0 in each section; TOEFL iBT 46-59; CAEL 45

Canadian College of English Language

Students can enroll in this Program to improve their English communication skills, boosting their confidence.

SMRT English Program is fully digital, has seven levels and is flexible. Students will have to go through a placement test to determine their eligibility. Most students study for 12, 24, 36, or 48 weeks and then take an English exam or enter a college or university.

IELTS Preparation Program helps students improve their English with mock tests and self-study online courses.

The Business English Program is formal and designed to develop students’ speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills in a business context. It teaches the students about speaking English in a business environment by discussing Canadian business topics.

University & College Pathways

After completion of the EAP pathway program, the students do not have to write the TOEFL or IELTS exams, and they can enter Canadian Universities.
