Q16: Would you like to tell me how the weather is today?
Answer Example:
It can be freezing in November. The air feels crisp and makes my cheeks feel numb and red. I love all the colours on the trees, as it makes our neighbourhood and campus full of colour. Today, even though the temperature is cold, there is no cloud on site.
Q17: Can you tell me what kind of weather you prefer?
Answer Example:
My favourite kind of weather is during the summer when it is not too hot, but very warm. I love the summer weather, where the sun is shining on me, as I find it the most relaxing. I love to go swimming with friends, or play basketball with them too, so sunny weather is always perfect for that.
Q18: What is the type of weather you don't like the most?
Answer Example:
As for me, I don’t like the rain. Rainy weather makes me feel more tired and unmotivated and tends to make me feel cold. I enjoy spending my time outside, so whenever it rains, I feel I must stay inside, which is something I do not prefer.
Q19: How would you describe your country's climate?
Answer Example:
From what I have seen, it tends to be very cold during this time of year. November, December, and January are months I consider very cold, where it tends to snow a lot! In the summer though, during June July and August the weather is very hot and dry, which is what I l enjoy most
Q20: How does the weather affect people in your country?
Answer Example:
I find the weather here can affect people a lot. During the winter, specifically this month, people tend to get sick easily. In the summer, however, people tend to have bad allergies, causing them to sneeze a lot. I luckily do not have any allergies, and I find my immune system is proficient. The weather in my country, however, seems to affect more people than it does me.
