Program Information:
Vancouver Community College (VCC) currently offers 6 full-time programs in the field of Culinary Arts. The programs are:
- Asian Culinary Arts (5 month certificate)
- Cook Apprentice (5 week apprenticeship)
- Professional Cook 1-ESL (10 month certificate)
- Professional Cook 1-High School (28 week certificate)
- Professional Cook 1-Plus (32 week certificate)
- Professional Cook 2 (16 week advanced certificate)
